Each Jr Hoops season spans 10 weeks, offering structured practices and competitive games. With seasons running year-round—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter—players have the opportunity to stay active and continuously improve their basketball abilities in a fun, supportive environment.

Teams practice (2) times per week, totaling 18-20 sessions per season. With the first week as a bye, teams benefit from 3-4 practices before their first game. These sessions focus on mastering the fundamentals, developing teamwork, and building confidence to ensure teams are game-ready.

Each team plays (1) game per week, with 7-9 games per season, providing valuable real-game experience and fostering team cohesion. These games give players the chance to apply their skills, learn from competition, and grow both individually and as a team.

All coaches are highly knowledgeable and trained, having undergone thorough background checks and internal training to ensure a safe, professional environment. Beyond teaching skills and strategies, they serve as mentors, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and confidence in players both on and off the court.

Our games are officiated by professional referees, certified at the high school or college level, to ensure fairness, integrity, and a high-quality experience for all players.

At the end of each Jr Hoops season, top-performing players will have the opportunity to be invited to try out for our travel club affiliate. This provides a pathway for talented athletes to advance their skills and compete at a higher level.
