9:00am – 🦁 Lions vs 🦈 Sharks
The Youngsters season opens with Coach Christina’s Lions taking on the defending champion Sharks. Coach Aleek is new to the Jr Hoops sidelines, but he inherits a program known for winning. A perfect early test to see how quickly the Sharks can reload.10:00am – 😼 Wildcats vs ⚔️ Spartans
The defending champion Wildcats return under Coach Arten and look to start strong. Coach Christina’s Spartans bring discipline and balance, making this a quality matchup to open the Rising Stars season.11:00am – Mustangs vs 🐻 Bears
The Mustangs make their All Stars debut with Coach Arten leading the newest team in the division. They face Coach Romell’s Bears, a group with experience and structure. A great benchmark game for the Mustangs as they look to establish their identity.12:00pm – 🛡️ Vikings vs 🦅 Eagles
Coach Saro’s Vikings meet Coach Romell’s Eagles in a Rising Stars matchup loaded with potential. The Eagles aim to take a step forward this season, while the Vikings are determined to push the pace. A strong noon showdown between two improving programs.1:00pm – 🐆 Panthers vs 🐬 Dolphins
Coach Saro’s Panthers square off with Coach Harout’s Dolphins in a classic Youngsters battle. Both teams look to build chemistry early. Expect high effort, transition plays, and a fun opener for both squads.2:00pm – 🐾 Bulldogs vs 🦖 Raptors
A huge All Stars matchup to close opening day. Coach Tevan’s Bulldogs take on the defending champion Raptors under Coach Greg. The Bulldogs bring intensity and structure. The Raptors return with championship swagger. A must-watch start to the season.

Who We Are
Founded in 2023, Jr Hoops is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Glendale, California. Jr Hoops features youth basketball leagues and camps dedicated to providing players with a supportive and inclusive environment to learn and enjoy the game.
Jr Hoops is powered by LA Select, a prestigious AAU club established in 2011. With over a decade of expertise in competitive travel basketball, LA Select now aims to make its impact at the recreational level.

Our mission is to promote personal development through basketball while fostering a supportive environment to instill a lifelong love for the game.
Jr Hoops is dedicated to putting the “fun” back into fundamental basketball learning. Our approach revolves around creating a positive and enjoyable experience for young players, regardless of their skill level.
Through engaging practices, inclusive games, and a friendly atmosphere, Jr Hoops ensures every child feels valued and excited about their basketball journey.
